Kid's Book Review~Cree and Scooter

As a member of the Parent Ambassador Program I was given the chance to review the e-version of Cree and Scooter Hit the Slopes in British Columbia, an adorable children's book. I thought this book was really well written, I love that it isn't super dumbed down, like a lot of children's books. It's very imaginative, and fun, yet very educational. It includes maps, and explanations of a variety of different concepts, such as how Canada is divided into provinces, and it even teaches a few French words. One of my favorite features of this book is that it has a glossary of the French words at the end, including pronunciation. I find that most convenient, I know from experience that I'll be looking to the back  of the book several times to remind a little mind "what was 'okay' in French?" This is one that I look forward to reading to the littles again.
