Review~Julienne Vegetable Peeler

I was able to review the Julienne Peeler from Puna. I was a little skeptical because I have an old peeler that was gifted to me from my grandmother and I love it, and I get attached to my things! However, I was also excited because this has more features, and I was especially stoked to try the julienne feature.

It comes in a nice box that is pretty clear on what to expect. There are no formal instructions, but I think it's pretty clear how to use it!

I was far too stoked about the little tiny cleaning brush that came with it. Seriously. Do you know how many hard-to-clean products I own that should come with their own cleaning brush? A lot. Do you know how many do? This one. So that's awesome.

There are four ways to use this, as a regular peeler and a julienne peeler are the most obvious. But if you look to each side there are two more little notches there, one more triangular and the other more round. These are great for digging out spots on produce.

I used the normal peeler side on this apple and it peeled it in no time. It was smooth and easy to use.

The end pieces did a really great job of digging out the bad spot, I always take way too much when I use a knife for this. So, while I went into this thinking I would prefer the julienne function, I actually prefer the little side pieces more. They are my favorite feature of this peeler.

Unfortunately I didn't get to play around with the julienne feature too much, but with what I did do, I was impressed.

I highly recommend this peeler!
